Sikara Staff Favorites: Fall Activites

Fall has fallen and we asked our Sikara & Co. staffers to share some of their favorite activities to do in the fall season in their respective cities (Austin, Boston, and San Francisco). If you are looking to celebrate the Fall season with some fun – check out what our staffers had to say.

Whitney (Austin Store Manager):

Fall in Austin is a blessing because the weather FINALLY begins to cool down after a long and very hot summer. My most favorite things in the fall are the crisp autumn mornings. I start my mornings by grabbing a cup of coffee from my favorite place, Caffe Medici. After I get my coffee energy, I enjoy strolling down to Town Lake and taking a nice long walk around the trail. Afterwards, it is fun to grab brunch at Kerby Lane Cafe and get their famous Pumpkin Pancakes.

Divya (Boston Sales Stylist):

Fall in Boston is beautiful, the leaves are changing and the weather is perfect. My favorite fall activity in Boston is walking through the Public Garden to see all the changing leaves and New England fall colors. I would recommend heading over to my favorite coffee shop, The Wired Puppy, and grabbing a hot apple cider to accompany you on your walk through the turning leaves. Also, The Wired Puppy is located right below our Newbury Street store so stop by Sikara & Co. and get a treat for yourself before enjoying your lovely fall day.

Sarah (San Francisco Sales Stylist) & Christina (San Francisco Store Manager):

Fall in San Francisco brings some of the most beautiful weather. Our favorite way to enjoy this weather would be picnicking on the Panhandle, a long stretch of land leading to Golden Gate Park, with friends. Also, one of the best coffee shops to visit is called Four Barrel (particularly their newest location called ‘The Mill‘ where you can get Four Barrel coffee and homemade decadent toast). One of the most fun events of the season, Treasure Island Music Festival, takes place later in October. You can also go to the Ferry Building and check out the Farmers Market and grab some lunch. After lunch, head over to Sikara & Co. at Embarcadero center since we are located right next to the Ferry Building!
